It’s happened more than once, sometimes multiple times, in a day. I’ve been getting so lost in my own thoughts that the world around me seems to fade away. And when I come back, nothing feels familiar. I know it is familiar, but it doesn’t feel that way. And more than once, I think I’ve mistaken a day dream for an actual event. I’ve had trouble seperating my dreams and thoughts from reality. It’s actually kind of scary. I already work on keeping myself in check emotionally, this just adds another issue into it.
Advice would be nice.
